Hi!

We're not moving at the same pace as before because we have a lot of work with our organization, which you should check out if you're interested in doing something really cool this summer (www.ny2no.com), but we are still working on it. We have received a bunch more pictures and I actually just started planning for the layout of the book.

Alright, that sounds fine, some progress is a better than no progress! I looked into your site--it's a great thing that you're doing for the people. Are you going to New Orleans to help? I thought you lived out of the country?

Usually people get some more background information before going on our website but yes, we organize trips primarily for high school students to go down to new orleans and do everything from gutting/rebuilding homes to talking to local residents and help out at schools. and youre right, i do live abroad.. i live in sweden but this was something me and some friends started in new york (where i used to live) about 2 years ago and i do a lot of tech stuff, and i can actually do a lot more than you'd think even if im like 7000 miles away. and im obviously going down this summer when im out of school.

where in the us do you live? even if we're based in nyc and that's where the vast majority of the volunteers who go on the trips are from, we'd love to have more people from all across the country.
